I have a background in customer service field for more than 3 years. I have no experience in any remote or online job nor any work from home related, but I am a computer literate since I have an experience as a Laboratory Receptionist specializing in paper and technological works such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and are related to medical field. I have knowledge and skills in medical laboratory works and terms, also in scheduling patients/clients for their laboratory tests, proper labeling of specimen, and releasing of laboratory results. I also know the responsibilities and duties of a customer service representative and/or medical staff. I also had an experience as a freelance elementary tutor and a modeling instructor. I am also flexible in terms of working hours. In addition, I am also eager to work remotely since I have a family to support, and I know my abilities and skills that are very helpful for the company I am about to join.
