3 years in the Recruitment Industry.Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in an RPO and BPO set-up with a track record of hiring 10 or more every week.
1. Talent Sourcing:
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: end to end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding applicants
3. Interview: Teams interview and on-site interview (Hired applicants for BPO healthcare, technical, food delivery, and travel and hospitality
4. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience and I am the Point of Contact (POC) for hired applicants to ensure a positive experience and to drive offer acceptance
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the client's applicant tracking system (ATS), experienced using iCIMS and Compass.
