Profile Description

I was the eldest among my siblings. I am the breadwinner of the family and I will do everything to provide for them. I am an extrovert so I go along with people so well. You will always see a big smile on my face.
The most recent job I had is with Wonolo as a Background Check Specialist. I assisted new workers in completing onboarding steps by providing targeted outreach & education on the Background Check Process. Wonolo is the best company I've ever been to.
I've been working since I was 19 and I started as a Call Center Representative. I don't have a degree or a college diploma but I am very skillful and I am a fast learner. I started as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T where we handle customers' concerns about their mobile plans and devices. I also handled DISH Network where I started as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative in which I am taking inbound calls about customers' plan rightsizing or upgrades. I also answer calls about fixing their TV setup. remote control troubleshooting and as well their receivers and wiring setup. After a few months, I got promoted to "On the Job Trainer" where I handle new hires and do skill transfer to them. Later on, I got promoted to "Subject Matter Expert" where I assist everyone on the production floor with their questions. I also handled DirecTV handling Billing, General Inquiries, and Sales concerns for customers. I assist customers with their Online Banking and App needs with Capital One. Helped Students, Doctors, and Nurses in finding their Books and vSims with Wolters Kluwer Health. And lastly, helped business owners with their billing and orders with United Rentals.
With all that being said. All the jobs I've been handling Customer Service jobs and I am an expert when it comes to building rapport, developing empathy, delivering respect, maintaining a positive attitude, having active listening skills, being patient, and delivering customer satisfaction that helps the success of the Upgrade to see actual infomunicating and helping customers is my passion.
I also love going to Cosplay Conventions. I am a Cosplayer and I love meeting new people. I am crafting most of my Cosplay Costumes and Props. I also love Singing and Cooking. I am looking forward to meeting new people with the same interest as me. I would be so happy to work with people that share positivity in life & smile every day.
