Profile Description

A graduate of Human Resources Development Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Currently employed as a Recruitment Consultant in a start up headhunting firm based in New York handling Leadership and Support role across different industries.

Previously employed as a Corporate Recruiter for Leadership hiring high-level (Director, VP - SVP, C-Level) position handling the entire demands on all sites in the Philippines. On top of that, I was actively part of the team who improve processes on our candidates experience.

I got my first job as a Talent and Client Engagement Lead at Par Excellence Search (Executive Search Firm), handling different projects both for local and multinational companies.

Has been exposed to different positions from different industries here in the Philippines and in Singapore. I love working with a team and conversing with different people. I work to learn new skills and help people find the best opportunity for them. Being a recruiter exposed me to experience and be on the same hat with the requisitions I am working which summarize the beauty of being a recruiter.
