Profile Description

I am your virtual assistant who can help you and your business grow. I am organized, committed to providing excellent service, hardworking, self-motivated, Trustworthy, goal-oriented, and efficient individual who works well. I can be resourceful, innovative and can maintain stability under pressure. I am very positive in my outlook towards work in meeting challenges. I have the knowledge and experience in record-keeping, data entry, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), google suite (sheet, docs, slide, drive) loom, canva, product researcher, and more.

In my previous role, I was responsible for managing patient billing, processing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Researching and analyzing diverse scenarios of pending claims and denials has enabled me to engage with insurance companies proactively. I am proficient in using various billing software, such as Office Ally and Prompt.
 
I have learned all of these skills through my own research, experiences in my previous job, practicing using a free trial account, and watching video tutorials. So I can be sure that I have the knowledge and enough preparation to help my clients. If there is a task that not is mentioned in my skills, please let me know. I will be happy to learn it and be ready.

I graduated from the University of Mindanao and took up a BS in business administration major in financial management. That's why my 1st job after graduation is regional timekeeper, teller, sales associate, and admin assistant for 6 years at the same company in a financial institution. I did multitasking in that company.
