I started as a Human Resources Trainer in an Electric Company. - I conducted trainings for employees. - I administered employee benefits. - I produced the company quarterly newsletter. - I assisted in hiring and recruitment. As a Technical Consultant in the Mayor's office of our city, I also assisted in the Human Resources department by conducting trainings for personality development of employees. For 12 years I have managed full time and part time staffs in the five churches that I administered.

I worked online as a translator of an English website to Filipino. I translated training manuals, books and sermon outlines from English to Filipino. I've been doing this for 21 years now.

I'm very good at transcription, typing and encoding. I've been typing for more than 30 years now. I can type 90 words per minute. I took up minutes of meetings of department heads in companies I worked for without looking at my keyboard. I worked for more than a year in UpWork as a Transcriber and I finished all my projects before the given time.

My experience in teaching is not really in Homeschool but in teaching children in church' Sunday School when I was still in high school. During college I regularly teach also in our Leadership Training. And now that I am a pastor, I teach every week and even train teachers to teach.

I speak at least two times a week in public. I have already spoken publicly in crowds of hundreds and thousands on topics of leadership, youth development, family relationships, parenting, etc. I've been doing this for 21 years now.

I did a research on the Communication-Curricula of top ten universities in the Philippines. I did this during college. This research helped communication professors improve communication curricula in the university. It further exposed some universities who are offering many subjects that are not required by Commission on Higher Education (CHED). They are doing this for higher profit.

I worked as a writer in the Mayor's Office of our city for two years. I did all communication materials of our City Administrator and produced many research materials. I worked as Speech Consultant for our City Vice Mayor. I wrote scripts for all his speaking engagements during his three years service in the government. As a church administrator for 20 years, I wrote and approved letters, memos and scripts for all our video presentations and social media pages. I also finalize outlines and contents of our weekly church sermons.

I've been a life coach for more than 20 years for couples, young professionals, students, leaders and managers. I focus on counseling and giving guidance for restoration of relationships. I also do coaching on parenting, courtship and leadership.

I did data entry of employee information for the Electric Company that I worked with. I also did data entry of attendances and financial reports in the churches that I handled when we were still starting. But now we have trained staffs doing the data entry.

As a counselor, I am a a very focused and active listener. I am not distracted by the noises around. I am able to discipline myself to focus.

For more than 20 years I've been coordinating events and programs in the churches that I administered.

I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft OneNote. I've been using these applications for more than 30 years already.

Through my leadership, I have grown one church to five satellites. And I am now starting a new one from scratch.

Training leaders and raising them up to reach their maximum potential is a regular thing for me. I enjoy leadership training.

I have raised up three leadership teams to start three satellite churches in our province. I have raised up six area pastors to handle these satellite churches in five years.
