Profile Description

For 26 years of Corporate Experience, I have gained skills on how to bridge, narrow, and even close gaps of competencies of people and organization through executive support based on Company direction. Very particular on my skills are the following:
1. Skills on Organization Diagnosis. Have deployed to one of the Food Companies under Republic Biscuit Corporation Group of Companies to diagnose their organization using the McKinsey 7S Framework (Strategy, Structure, Systems, Style, Staff, Skills, Shared Values)
2. Program Creation for Organization Development Intervention. This is a follow-through intervention after finding out the root cause of the problem of Organization. Have created programs like Engagement Program for Retention, Reducing Absenteeism, Reducing IUpgrade to see actual info Reports, etc. Programs created were tailored fit to address gaps but this is relative to the situation or context of the organization.
3. Skills on Learning and Development using ADDIE Framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Thus, I know how to analyze competency gaps of employees, doing analysis for Training Needs or requests, Creating Modules, and evaluating if training is effective.
4. Skills on Talent Management and Succession Planning by using the 9 Box Grid as a tool for Talent Management. Often deployed to Companies ranging from small, medium, and large enterprises like Telecom, Academe, Bio-Energy, Semi-conductors, NGOs, and Government Owned Companies to facilitate their management on how they can navigate their business amidst volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of this world (VUCA).
