Planning Manager

Process orders of several Clients abroad in the Fishing Lure Manufacturing Company. Assist clients on any inquiries about their Purchase orders. It can be change on Order Qty, lead time of production, changes in specification on packaging or the design. Provide weekly and monthly updates on their pending orders. Provide Invoices for deliveries.

Provide Shipment Forecast for the coming month used by the whole operation team. Tasked to review and prepare the Confirmed Weekly Schedule with consultation and approval by the Manufacturing Supervisor and Manager. Monitors job order status and unaccomplished job orders for marketing and trader inquiries, as well as providing commitment dates to the Marketing Department and Traders.

Responsible for the validation of established capacities of both manual and machine process . Prepare weekly, monthly and annual report for productivity, capacity utilization and project updates and status. Provide detailed project plan and timelines monitoring compliance for all projects. Create weekly shipment schedules.

Daily checking inventory level of stocks of all components needed for all SKU's. Place Purchase Orders on different suppliers local and international using in house manufacturing system. Monitor the expected arrival of components. Consolidate invoices and report to the management for their reference.

Daily chats and emails with the client with regards to product status, delivery schedules, logistics issues, product and packaging design modifications.

Perform data entry jobs in a manufacturing company. Encode all Purchase Orders and send Pro-forma Invoices to clients. Encode all components need for a specific job order. Encode all items for delivery in a packing list and send the invoice to the client.

• Establish methods and standard workflow processes to achieve optimum efficiency in manufacturing operations. • Assist the SCM Manager / Production Manager in identification, evaluation and recommendation for the replacement of depreciated machines base on capacity performance. • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual report for productivity, capacity utilization and project updates and status. • Provide detailed project plan and timelines monitoring compliance for all projects.

Daily emails & chats to several clients about their inquiries on product status, delivery schedules, product and packaging modifications . Provide assistance on their purchase orders ,confirmation of orders and providing invoices.
