With almost eight years of professional experience and a solid background in customer service, data entry, and billing as a Senior Patient Service Representative at Makati Medical Center, I developed strong customer service skills while interacting with patients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
I consistently delivered exceptional service, maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor even in high-pressure situations. I was responsible for accurately inputting patient information, maintaining electronic records, answering multiple calls and face to face interaction, email management, and processing insurance claims.
I have secured patient's chart for confidentiality and collaborates with the doctors, nurses, and other professionals by giving patient's satisfaction and compassionate care.
I am flexible and adaptive to changes which is very important in the industry since it was a multiple faceted and fast paced environment. I am still willing to learn all other necessary skills that I need to improve and apply all the positive learnings I've got from my previous roles. I always have the willingness to help newbies and continue learning.
