I have been in a Customer Service Industry for almost 10 years with exceptional experience in providing administrative and customer support. 
Have accomplished department objectives by supervising staff, training and orienting new hired employees, organizing schedules, monitoring employees work processes and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
My expertise is doing administrative tasks such as preparing reports and some human resource functions. I'm good at performing accurate web research, managing emails and also has a solid experience in Powerpoint, Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that will be assigned to me. If in any case you would require me to learn a specific program for the job I am confident that you wouldn't take too much time training me. In fact I can also try learning it myself like most things I know now. I am a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes. I can also easily adapt to any sort of training and programs that you'll require me to.
