Profile Description

I am currently employed in an AU Firm as Billing Specialist. I do payment reconciliation, prepares and issues invoices, making sure that sending invoices is in the billing cycle, adding disbursements to WIP, amending edits of lawyers and partners, generating prebills and finalising bills, uploading vendor's receipts and other adhoc tasks.

Employed for almost 10 years in a real estate company. I'm one of the supervisor of Customer Service Department, handling emails, inbound/outbound calls, and talking face to face with clients.
Roles are:
-reminding clients to pay on time thru email and call
-collecting/computing their unpaid dues
-sending statement of accounts
-sending receipts/invoice
-offering in house financing and other payment scheme possible
-implementing client's request regarding interest and penalty waiving, restructuring of account or reinstatement
-doing daily monitoring of the group and generating files for monthly reports
-being middleman between potential buyers and agents to close deal with or offer vacancies
