I am an experienced HR and Executive Administrative Assistant with a strong background in the Home Health sector. In my previous role, I handle applicant screening and interviews, oversee attendance, ensure compliance, and manage administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting systems. I was promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant, where I monitor team progress, assign and track tasks to ensure Partnership Scorecard goals are met, and maintain compliance at 100%. I oversee staff evaluations, ensure accurate hours, coordinate aide staffing, track expenses, and manage multiple projects, providing regular updates to the CEO.
Before transitioning into HR and administration, I spent over 5 years in the Call Center industry, working as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Coach. In customer service, I assisted with inbound inquiries, resolving customer concerns. As a Coach, I conducted training sessions to support agent development. I also have experience in outbound calls, coordinating medical transport services for elderly clients and liaising with insurance providers, requiring strong attention to detail, especially when working with critical cases.

Helping Patients to schedule medical transport, We need to make sure that all information is correct since it's related to their health so their situation needs to be considered when transporting them so we should be attentive to details.

Managing Indeed account, conducting initial screening, checking and saving their documents, Monitoring their attendance, managing their schedules, weekly check with the clients and caregivers, responding to emails and calling potential clients once we got a referral.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I handled both inbound and outbound calls mostly for a telco account, helping customers to pay their bills, billing dispute and any concern about their service. I even got promoted as a coach.
