My current role's responsibility includes:
- Capacity Planning
- Data gathering and analysis for project performance reviews
- Identifying opportunities and suggesting
ways to improve efficiency of staffing and schedule management.
- Coordinates and collaborates with
different levels of management to ensure project objectives are met
- Participate in meetings to determine
long term headcount and staffing requirements.
- Accountable for scheduling, real time adherence, forecasting & analysis, reporting, shift bids, and managing agent staffing to client delivered volumes. I am also responsible for presenting variety of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, from revenue reports for leadership to internal department reports on scheduling concerns.
* Good communication skills(English,Tagalog,Cebuano)
• Computer proficient - excellent Microsoft Office skills
