With the experience I earned from the previous companies that I have been with, I am confident that I am perfectly fit for the position you want to be filled in.
In the past, I have worked as a Senior Consultant just after 3 months of being hired. Back then I handled Supervisor Calls and different types of escalation (Phone and Email).
I also worked as a team manager in an uprising BPO Company in which I handled 10 agents who cater different campaigns. In my team, I have someone who works as a Virtual Assistant, Collection Officer, Customer Service for healthcare and Lead Generator.
Not to mention that I also have experience working as a virtual assistant, data miner, customer service specialist for billing, technical support for Telco and a CSR/Reservation Specialist for an Airline in Australia.
I have also worked as a Senior Recruiter two years for a headhunter agency located in the United States and operating here in the Philippines.
