In my previous role, I had the pleasure of supporting the CEO and senior executives. Eventually became the Operations Manager and acting Director of Operations to handle 50 people in all departments of the company, I created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure our operations function with precision and consistency, implement strategies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency, and used data analytics to translate insights to craft future plans or recalibrate steps.
We initially focused on wholesaling but later expanded our business to include fixing and flipping and rental properties. I played a key role in establishing a new company from the ground up, developing all the strategies, foundation, and all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs. We chose a brokerage model and began listing properties. Additionally, I onboarded and transitioned 19 partner agents from their previous brokerages to our new firm.
As a Property Manager in Indianapolis within the interstate circle, I managed 47 properties, including AirBnB and Vrbo listings. My responsibilities included handling maintenance concerns, new inquiries, leasing agreements, security, rent collection, payments, availability, open houses, and tenant screening. As the business grew, I hired virtual assistants to take over operations to ensure continued efficiency and scalability.
