*Experienced in taking Outbound and Inbound calls
* Have handled several teams for escalation and appeals department for 5 yrs in eBay.
* Had experience in taking escalated calls / supervisory calls.
*Has Knowledge in eBay Listing policies and appeal cases for eBay
* Answer customer service
* Make changes to orders - Per the customer's request
* Other assigned Customer Service duties
*Have handled accounts invoices and payments directly from the company
