I also have extensive customer support experience, having worked for major U.S. companies.  As a top-performing customer service representative, I handled customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates. My experience includes managing responses via Gorgias across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Beyond customer service, I have hands-on expertise in Walmart and Amazon order processing and am proficient in using tools like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Zendesk, Deposco, CRM platforms, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and more.
