- Prepares marketing reports monthly by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintains research databases.
- Monitoring and managing social media. Marketing Specialists contribute to, manage, and maintain the social media pages. Marketing should also manage accounts and carefully watch what's being posted about the product online.
- Manage the quality and relevance of all marketing content and communications output.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
- Work with the graphic artist or do the graphic artist's task to help/ execute contents that meet the product branding standards.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers
