Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Expert, Quality Analyst

This was my first work as a virtual assistant, marketing to different social media accounts, creating content, editing, data gathering, and proofreading. I practiced this work more often for two years.

I was curious at first reason why I applied for this kind of work. Little did I know I was enjoying and getting promoted from one position to the other until I was already supervising different teams.

I worked in a Bank as an accountant for more than a year. I was responsible for the account's receivables. I also processed the customer's account opening up until saving then applying for a loan. I also served as the bookkeeper since there was a lack of staff then. It was a multi-task job because I was also processing the payroll and other government responsibilities under the Bank's name, but I enjoyed it as it was also my first job.

I was the personal assistant of my previous client and I worked on his personal and confidential information including different passwords and account details. I handled and managed it all safely. I was also gathering data, proofreading, and the like.
