We are a commercial real estate company in Australia looking to hire a self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our company.
Your role/tasks will be:
- Managing the
- Gathering of information required by the Founder/CEO, which includes some calculations and spreadsheets
- Reading and checking transactional documents such as Information Memorandum, Leases, etc.
- Preparing spreadsheets and PowerPoint documents
- Performs some computation and analysis
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Must be a finance or accounting graduate
- Know how to use GSheet, GDocs, MSOffice, document editing tools and e-signature applications
- Know how to use project management and/or sales and marketing apps such as Monday, Asana, Close, GHL, etc.
- Can work under pressure and can multi-task
- Has a logical and numerical skill
You will be reporting to our Admin/DD Team Leader as well as our Chief Operations Offer.
