**Overview:**
Support the project manager in coordinating roofing projects, ensuring efficiency, organization, and clear communication. Manage documentation, schedule subcontractors, liaise with insurance adjusters, and maintain project details in AccuLynx.
**Responsibilities:**
- **File & Documentation Management:** Organize project files, upload contracts/permits, and maintain
- **Subcontractor Coordination:** Obtain and compare bids, ensure project expectations, and manage labor ticket setup.
- **Adjuster Communication:** Submit estimates, follow up every two days for approval.
- **Customer Scheduling:** Confirm and update schedules via AccuLynx and text.
- **Labor Ticket Creation:** Detail work scope, materials, and payment terms for subcontractors.
- **Project Monitoring:** Track milestones, update statuses, and resolve delays.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in AccuLynx or similar CRM.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Effective verbal & written communication.
- Familiarity with roofing/construction terms.
- Experience in project coordination (preferred).

- Review work orders & estimates for accuracy.

- Solicit & evaluate subcontractor bids.
