Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire listing and transaction process, from contract initiation to closing.
- Review contracts for inconsistencies and errors and ensure corrections.
- Ensure document compliance by sending necessary paperwork.
- Assist in preparing listing packets.
- Proficiency in using transaction platforms like Dotloop, DocuSign, TransactionDesk, and Open to Close (preferred but not required).
- Upload listings to MLS.
- Draft contracts, offers, and addendums.
- Coordinate with buyers, agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and escrow services.
- Organize property inspections and repairs.
- Schedule open houses and property visits.
- Conduct post-closing follow-up on properties.
- Perform comparative market analyses using online property profiles and MLS research.
Qualifications/Competence:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST), from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (40 hours weekly, inclusive of a daily 1-hour unpaid break).
- Stable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
- We use screenshot monitoring on our VAs.
