JOB OVERVIEW

Bravo Arts Solutions is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day tasks. This role is designed to take over administrative and operational responsibilities, allowing the CEO to focus on core business priorities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, highly efficient, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• $4-6/hour USD (based on experience)
• Full-time preferred (40+ hours) | Part-time considered
• Work USA Business Hours
• Based on Regional holidays
• 100% Remote (work from anywhere with internet)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EMAIL
MANAGEMENT
Handle and prioritize email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and other administrative duties as assigned.

CLIENT SUPPORT
Support client communication, onboarding new clients, and managing client-related documentation.

PROJECT RESEARCH
Conduct research on various topics related to business, projects, and market trends.

DATA ENTRY
Maintain accurate records of client information, project data, and other business-critical details.

SALES ADMINISTRATION
Assist with lead management, tracking sales pipelines, and organizing sales-related documentation.

OTHER DUTIES
Handle any additional tasks that we can train you to do to support the CEO and overall business.


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
---------------------------------------------------------------

EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

TECHNOLOGICALLY PROFICIENT
Comfortable learning new software and using tools such as email, project management software, and CRM platforms.

EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION:
Strong written and spoken English skills are essential for client communication and internal coordination.

REMOTE WORK SETUP
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based computer are required for this remote position.

AVAILABILITY DURING US BUSINESS HOURS
Must be available to work during US business hours to overlap with Client's & CEO's schedule.

ZOOM PROFICIENCY
Familiar with using Zoom / Video calls for meetings and collaboration.

PERFORMING ARTS EXPERIENCE A PLUS
Experience in or passion for the Performing Arts (Music, Theatre, Dance) is a plus but not required.
