About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant with strong digital marketing and social media management skills to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in remote work environments, particularly across the US and the Philippines, who can effectively handle executive support, operational tasks, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, managing schedules,
- Oversee and refine administrative workflows for greater efficiency.
- Assist in team coordination, including onboarding new hires, scheduling meetings, and tracking deliverables.
- Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking in collaboration with finance.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn,
- Track engagement, analyze performance, and refine strategies to boost digital presence.
- Assist with
- Maintain and update CRM (Zoho), marketing databases, and website content.
Operations & Partner Support
- Manage leads, contracts, and communications for various business operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with fundraising efforts, sponsorship outreach, and grant applications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4+ years in executive assistance, administrative support, or digital marketing.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, OneDrive), and social media platforms.
- Marketing Acumen: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies,
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal & writing skills and professional
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Remote Work Experience: Prior success working in a fully remote role, ideally in a US-PH setup.
Bonus Skills:
- Video editing and website management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools for workflow optimization.
- Experience with lead generation or customer relationship management.
