Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting our staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and payroll processing.
Plan and organize company events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with tea
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in vendor management and event planning is preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
Proficiency in Google tools is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage schedules efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
