Role Overview:
As the EA to the CEO, you will work closely with our team to manage tasks and responsibilities that directly contribute to client success and operational efficiency. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s communications, including screening and responding to emails, coordinating with clients and partners, and handling inquiries professionally and promptly.

Oversee the CEO’s calendar to maximize efficiency. Schedule meetings, ensure no back-to-back appointments without buffer time, and protect focus time for high-priority tasks.

Prepare daily and weekly summaries for the CEO, highlighting key metrics, upcoming priorities, and any issues that require attention. Manage daily end-of-day updates in the first month to build familiarity, then transition to weekly reporting.

Coordinate teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and ensure effective follow-through on action items. Maintain clear communication channels across tools like Slack and ClickUp, so the CEO is informed without being overwhelmed.

Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline routine tasks, freeing up the CEO’s time for strategic decision-making.

Handle personal and professional logistics for the CEO, such as booking travel, managing expenses, and maintaining important documents.

Research industry trends and new tools that could benefit HostGenius, providing brief summaries and recommendations so the CEO can stay informed on relevant developments without deep-diving.

Track feedback from clients and partners, proactively addressing issues and suggesting solutions to maintain strong relationships and high client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience being an EA with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Available to overlap with our core team hours (USA Eastern Time Zone) for a minimum of two hours daily.
- Webcam access for video meetings.
