Costumer Service Administrator for a Cleaning company
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of cleaning apps
- Able to handle cold and hot contacts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns and bookings.
- Respond to customers via phone,
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and offering solutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Cleaners) to address customer issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, needs, and issues.
- Assist with customer surveys to gather feedback and improve service.
- Promote the company's products and services by providing product information.
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer accounts and inquiries (Bookings, and payments).
- Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, balance and paymets
- Manage and organize office files, documents, records and agenda
Skills and Qualifications
- Good level of english
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused and able to maintain a professional and empathetic tone.
- Ability to multitask and manage various priorities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
