Job Title: Chief of Staff / Senior Executive Assistant
Location: REMOTE
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Schedule: CST Timezone (Full-time) non-negotiable
Salary: TBA (approx. $1500-$3000 USD monthly) Commensurate to experience
Contract type: Obra/Labor (The employee is responsible for their own social security and pension payments)
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Office Management
Calendar & Communication Management: Oversee the CEO’s schedule by efficiently managing appointments, meetings, and travel, ensuring that urgent tasks are prioritized effectively.
Liaison Role: Act as the primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating clear and proactive communication.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare, review, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, following up to ensure action items are completed promptly.
Strategic Project Management & Problem Solving
Initiative & Foresight: Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO, leveraging past experiences and insights to implement solutions before issues arise.
Challenge Resolution: Handle complex and challenging situations by employing structured problem-solving techniques; provide concrete examples of past successes where you’ve turned challenges into opportunities.
Project Oversight: Collaborate on key business priorities and cross-departmental projects, ensuring that progress is tracked, and deadlines are met even when multiple urgent tasks compete for attention.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive support, project management, or a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
Previous Chief of Staff or Senior Executive Assistant experience is highly preferred.
Director of Operations and/or Operations manager experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
