Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated Personal Assistant and Outbound Cold Caller to join our team! This role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting appointments to drive new business opportunities. Additionally, you’ll support our team with various administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, handling
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Email
Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Introduce and explain our services clearly and persuasively.
Schedule appointments and follow up as needed.
Provide general administrative support
Work directly with client to help with any and all administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Female preferred
Administrative assistant experience 2-3 years (5 years’ experience preferred)
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
Social Media marketing would be a big plus
Must be easy to get along with, follow instructions, and great at multi-tasking.
Hours: Mon - Fri 1pm - 5pm PST Hours may vary and if more hours are required salary will increase.
