KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
* assist the Chief Marketing Officer in reviewing emails, marketing material, uploading videos onto social media
* work with our multimedia editor, by providing copy for their edited videos using Chat GPT
* organize all of our marketing tasks and make sure all tasks are executed in a timely manner w/ excellence
* Transcribe videos into emails and blogs
* and additional admin tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be highly organized and highly detail oriented
* must be HUMBLE to learn and execute, via under the direction of our Chief Marketing Office
* must be self-motivated, and not require another person to motivate you

Computer/Laptop/Internet Requirements:
• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
• Dual Monitor - 1st day of Training
• Intel Core i5 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions

WORK HOURS
*Full-time 40 hours per week, work schedule is flexible but must meet the following 2 criteria:
1) required to attend our morning huddle mon-fri 8:09am CST
2) required to attend our weekly marketing meeting on Mondays 7:30am CST
- flexible work hours is defined as you can choose what time you want to work, but you must stick to that schedule
