What You’ll Do:
1. Stay on top of everything: Track meetings, follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
2. Be a key team player: Communicate effectively with partnerships and stakeholders
3. Keep us organized: Maintain daily status updates, to-do lists, and action items
4. Support business operations: Book travel, schedule client meetings, and manage administrative duties
5. Think ahead: Identify areas for improvement and bring ideas to optimize workflows
6. Join important conversations: Attend meetings, take notes, and eventually transition to using a notetaker tool
