About the Role
Are you a powerhouse Executive Assistant with a passion for purpose-driven work? Are you the type of person who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where no two days are the same? We're looking for an exceptional Executive/Personal Assistant to support a multi-faceted entrepreneur leading three dynamic brands: Mowana Care, Thrivio Health, and a growing personal brand focused on women’s and children’s health, innovation, and digital strategy.

This is not your average assistant job. We're looking for a high-performing, detail-obsessed, jack-of-all-trades who can own tasks, anticipate needs, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a vital role in organizing and scaling multiple brands, and you must be someone who brings both sophistication and warmth to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and personal support to the Founder
Schedule, lead, and follow up on meetings and calls across time zones
Handle recruitment and onboarding of staff and interns
Design and manage funnels for digital products and campaigns
Support sales, lead generation, and business development activities
Oversee social media management and marketing with a creative eye
Manage projects and timelines with precision and initiative
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do
Help a super busy entrepreneur breathe easy — without micromanagement!

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Design experience (Canva, funnel design tools, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Notion, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.
Experience supporting startup founders or purpose-driven CEOs
Background or interest in healthcare, nonprofit, or tech sectors
