Personal/Executive Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to help manage both business and personal affairs. This role involves handling influencer and page promotions, scheduling, task coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Promotions

Research and purchase promo spots from influencers and social media pages.
- Track campaign performance and ensure promotions are executed correctly.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and negotiate pricing when needed.

Personal & Business Task Management
- Handle calendar management, bookings, and scheduling for meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
- Organize daily priorities and provide reminders for important deadlines.
- Assist with travel planning, reservations, and logistical arrangements.

Team Coordination & Task Organization
- Act as a point of contact between the team to ensure smooth communication.
- Assign, track, and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep project management tools (Notion, Google Sheets, Slack) updated with ongoing tasks and progress reports.

General Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Manage invoices, payments, and minor bookkeeping.
- Conduct research, data entry, and information gathering as needed.
- Handle personal and business-related tasks as required.

Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
- Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate between multiple people.
- Familiar with social media marketing and influencer promotions.
- Comfortable using Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and task management tools.
