Position: ESuperstar Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a dual role:
Executive Assistant:
You will report to the Director, helping to optimise his schedule, build frameworks, so that the Director is able to focus on his core responsibilities. You will be required to be phone-ready, and asked to make contact with, and set up meetings with various individuals. You may also be asked to perform general administrative duties
Project Coordinator:
You will support client onboarding processes, as well as provide assistance to projects on various tasks as and when necessary.
Hard skills include:
Extremely fluent English, preferably with an Australian, American or British accent.
Strong written English, preferably with an Australian, American or British background.
Ability to be charming, professional, yet persuasive and assertive across written and oral forms of communication.
2+ years in an executive assistant position with demonstrative experience
1+ years in a project coordination or project management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, Powerpoint & Excel
Experience with an Australian company is desirable
Experience within a marketing agency is a desirable
Personal attributes include:
Able to work to deadlines and take initiative and ownership of tasks
Strong communication skills with a focus to work as part of a larger team
High attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced workplace
Highly organised, able to prioritise and multi-task across multple projects
The curiousity and determination to solve problems as they arise
Willingness to learn and adapt, is solutions focused
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
An aptitude to work off minimal instruction
