JOB OVERVIEW

Golden Home Access is a U.S. based company that installs stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, railings, and grab bars for seniors to make their homes safer and more accessible.

We are a new company with 2 owners and 1 current employee. We would like to hire a virtual assistant to help build this company from the ground up.

We are looking for 3 primary skills:

- Comfortable talking on the phone: You will answer inbound calls, explain our services, and set appointments. You will also make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule jobs.
- Proactive: You will schedule jobs, send quotes / invoices, and keep our knowledge base and CRM (Notion) organized and up-to-date
- Team player: Most importantly, we want someone who comes with a positive attitude, ready to help our team. We are happy to teach you new skills but we need you to be ready to learn.

As the company grows, there will be opportunity to grow your title, responsibilities, and compensation.
