JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, customer communication, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with little to no accent, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling: Manage and coordinate cleaning appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling for our team and customers.
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
Office Support: Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
Photo Management: Download, organize, and upload photos to Google Drive for record-keeping and customer updates.
Task Coordination: Help with task prioritization and follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
Other Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (little to no accent preferred).
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar service-based business.
Familiarity with scheduling software or tools.
Basic photo editing or organization skills.

Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring availability from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday.
