ABOUT US:
Worldview Summit is a Christian apologetics ministry dedicated to building God’s kingdom through the use of apologetics for evangelism and discipleship. We do this by creating short videos that are featured on social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook. The director & founder of the organization also preaches and speaks across the world while equipping others to use apologetics.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven fundraising manager to help manage and increase the financial support of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative & organizational skills along with superb written English. Prior experience in the field of non-profit fundraising is of benefit, but is not necessary. This person must agree with our statement of faith (Upgrade to see actual info) and have a personal relationship with Jesus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to increase financial support for the organization.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with individual donors, churches, and foundations.
- Manage donor communications, including newsletters, impact reports, and appreciation efforts.
- Organize fundraising campaigns, online giving initiatives, and special events.
- Research and write grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and other sources.
- Oversee and maintain donor databases to track giving history and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about best practices in non-profit fundraising and donor stewardship.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A strong personal commitment to Jesus and agreement with the ministry of Christian apologetics & evangelism
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to craft compelling donor communications - specifically to create draft emails and messages for the executive director and/or fundraising assistant to send out.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple different projects and remember all the different things that need to be done
- Willingness to work harmoniously together with a team
- Good self-discipline in order to work hard under minimal supervision
- Any experience with donor/customer relationship management software and online fundraising platforms is helpful, but not necessary
- Any experience in fundraising, donor relations, or non-profit development is of benefit but not required
- Any familiarity with apologetics, evangelism and Christian ministries will also be helpful

6. How many hours a week are you available to work? Do you have any other jobs at the Upgrade to see actual infont? Are you planning to get other jobs in addition to working with Worldview Summit?
7. How fast is the internet speed in your home, or the place you do your online work? How often do you experience power outages in your area?

Hello, unfortunately we are unable to continue supporting Worldview Summit. My father passed away this June, and we need to pay for my mother to be in a nursing home since there is no one able to take care of her anymore. Please pray we find a good nursing home for her, and that I can still be a good son to her even though we cannot take care of her in our home. Thank you for your understanding. We love Worldview Summit and are sad to have to stop supporting you.
