Online Education Program Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee our art education courses. I’m Sergio Paez and I am a Lucasfilm director and founder of Upgrade to see actual info.

Position Overview
The Online Learning Program Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for our online course programs, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication between students and instructors. This role is vital in maintaining program quality and supporting student success through effective coordination and data management.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate and schedule meetings between students and instructors, managing calendars and ensuring timely communication
-Maintain and update course dashboards and learning management systems with current program statistics and metrics
-Track and monitor student progress, generating regular reports on completion rates and engagement
-Serve as the primary point of contact for students and instructor inquiries, providing timely responses and solutions
-Document and maintain program procedures and best practices
-Identify potential issues affecting student progress and escalate concerns to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or related field
-2+ years of experience in program coordination or educational administration
-Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
-Proficiency in learning management systems and data tracking tools like Wordpress, thrive themes, Kit, Google sheets, Zoom, Vimeo
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
-Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
-Customer service orientation
-Experience with remote work setup and scheduling tools- Asana, Slack, Zoom, Google suite
-Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in online education or distance learning environments
-Knowledge of educational technology and digital learning platforms-Wordpress, thrive themes, Kit, Google sheets, Zoom, Vimeo
-Background in student services or academic support
-Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
