We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a dynamic online environment. This is a remote position, but candidates must be available to work Las Vegas (Pacific Standard Time) hours and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

?Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
* Conduct research to identify new opportunities and potential collaborations.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to online platforms, content management, and digital tools.
* Maintain and update digital content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
* Provide direct support to brand managers in project execution and workflow management.
* Confidently participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
* Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally.
* Organize and maintain schedules, files, and administrative documents.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
* Stay informed on industry trends, digital operations, and best practices.
?Qualifications:
* Native-level, accent-free English (both written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience with online platforms, digital tools, and content management systems.
* Ability to review and update digital content with accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, including confidence in speaking during meetings.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
* Experience with CRM tools, research software, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Prior experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or digital operations is preferred.
