• Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Teams and Adobe Suite required
• Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
• 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the executive team’s schedules, appointments, and meetings, including travel arrangements and accommodations. Come prepared to weekly check-in Executive meetings with agendas and needs for the week.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure all necessary resources are available for effective decision-making.
• Event Planning: Organize company events, conferences, and team-building activities as requested by the executive team.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and logistics for executive teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Administrative Support: Assist with drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as managing expense reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Project Management: Drive the planning and execution of various special projects and initiatives for the Executive Team. Track progress on key deliverables and ensure timely completion. Take ownership.
• Information Handling: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assume other duties as assigned
