About Queen of Hearts CPR:
Queen of Hearts CPR is committed to providing high-quality CPR and first aid training that empowers individuals and organizations to save lives. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently in a virtual environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls professionally, provide information about our services, and route calls to the appropriate team members.

Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule CPR and first aid training sessions, meetings, and other events. If you have exerience working with American Heart Association or AHSI system is helpful.


Email
Management: Monitor, manage, and organize emails; respond to inquiries; draft and send emails as needed.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters that align with our brand.

Outreach and Communication: Email potential partners and business associates to establish and build relationships, maintaining professional communication.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and follow-up.

Spreadsheet Management: Develop and manage Excel spreadsheets for scheduling, tracking data, creating reports, and organizing information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Minimum 2 years experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in managing email campaigns and relationship-building activities is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Pipeline, Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
Familiarity with scheduling and email automation tools.
Experience with American Heart Association platform
