Registered Cost Accountant with 5 years of experience in both Accounting & Bookkeeping Industries: Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor & Xero Advisor Certified, Below are the services I provide to different industries like
( E-commerce, Service Industries, and Real Estate):                                             
1. Set up your books in both Xero or Quickbooks online. ( checking, credit card, PayPal feeds.. etc)                         
2. Create Chart Of Accounts that is in accordance with your law.                      
3. Clean messy Books.
4. Handle and monitor sales reconciliations, and expenses reconciliations.
5. Categorize properly all bank, credit, and Paypal transactions.                          
6. Handle your Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. (Bills payment & Sales)
7. Review Financials (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
8. Generate Financials (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) to give an overview of your business finances.
9. Analyze your Business Financials.
 *Proficient in using Excel (Pivot, V-lookup, etc..)
 *Adept in using QuickBooks Online, Xero, A2X, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Spreadsheet & Drive
 *Able to use Zoom, Slack, Skype, Whatsapp & Google Meet
 *Adaptable and fast learner-quick in learning new software & system
 *Analytical
 *Be able to analyze e-commerce platforms like; Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart and breakdown Sales, (Product Sales & Refunds ) merchant fees (seller Fees, FBA Fees, Shipping Fees, Promotional Rebates, Other Transaction Fees etc.. ) then enter them to the accounting software for accurate reporting.
