You don't have to worry about answering phone calls, and
* I strive for excellence.
* I am honest to give constructive feedback.
* I speak and work well with minimal to no supervision.
* I follow the client's requests but I speak boldly when I have ideas.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
I am a person who wants to learn technicalities online, can easily search and discover things through the wide range of the internet. I gain my skills not just by experience but by following some guidelines/training from YouTube.
I've been very patient in learning PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and video making or editing while studying back when I was still a student. I also had training for call centers but haven't gotten the chance to practice because I've been employed as an online ESL teacher for 4 years and a factory supervisor for 3 years.
I was able to practice my communication skills at one of the companies in China. I was a secretary in Church ministry where I outsourced experience using Microsoft PowerPoints, Words, and Excel in my country. I also exposed myself to recruiting since I was a supervisor at one of our local companies.
Currently, I am looking for a job that could give me enough compensation for my family and could keep me in the long term. As much as possible, I'd like to stay in just one company for a long time.
