I’ve been doing Customer Service, Admin, and Dispatching for the last 10 years all in the Logistics industry and I specialized in booking and dispatching cargoes from shipper to respective consignee on time and accurately. Furthermore, this job widens my skills and capacity to multi-task. I am handling admin tasks like documentation, input correct delivery information to the database, route delivery information to truckers, shippers, and consignees. Follow-up status of shipment from ETD to ETA. Once the operation is done I ask for customer's feedback and get their next booking. if a problem occurred during transit, I give positive solutions to meet the customer's satisfaction. Claims and other customers' complaints are my responsibility to resolve the issue. I am a confident, focus, a fast working employee. I am also highly effective at time management. I can work to strict deadlines. I will always maintain the workplace with confidentiality. I follow company rules and regulations and I will ensure my work is in line with the organization’s values.
