Ensure placement of new hires based on set recruitment lead time
Reviews and facilitates manpower request from all department
Conducts initial screening of all applicants & Initial interview
Prepares job offer
Conducts & Facilitates panel interview

Prepares payroll of all employees
Monitors vacation & sick leave
Computes amount due to separated employees
Process opening of bank accounts
Monitors & updates HMO coverage
*Training & Development*
Conducts orientation of all new hired employees
Conducts training analysis
Handles & facilitates all in-house training
Summarizes training evaluation sheets
*Manpower Planning*
Reviews manpower status per department
Conducts manpower inventory
Coordinates with other department for manpower need
*Job Analysis*
Prepares & updates job description, job profile, and job specification
*Labor & Employee Relations*
Prepares job contracts
Prepares notice of termination, renewal and/or extension of project contracts
Prepares the necessary documents for separated employees
Issue Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision for employees who have disciplinary action cases
*Reports, Records, Systems and Database Management*
Ensures that all Production and other related documents are accurate, timely filed and complete for reference and in accordance to the quality management systems and procedures.
Ensure availability of recruitment records and forms for the hiring managers, as needed
Ensure that all the required recruitment forms are utilized, and documents are prepared completely
Prepares 201 Files for all assigned non managerial employees and monitor pending pre-employment requirements and ensure all records are complete and accurate
