I've been working as Virtual Assistant for more than 13 years now. I've handled Human Resource responsibilities, Content Creation, Social Media Management, Amazon / eBay Business Management, Executive Assistance, Patient/Medical Data Management, Project Management, Administrative Assistance, and many more.
In my most recent job for instance, my client started with just me handling almost all the responsibilities I mentioned earlier except Amazon Business which she didn't have. Before I left the business last month, the team has grown to several Filipino VA's and some local American hires. I amicably left the company to explore new work environments and new opportunities.
My greatest strength is my resourcefulness - I've always managed to figure things out on my own given a set of instructions and expectations. I believe that my experiences are only secondary because the client's needs, business standards, and technology change rapidly. Being resourceful and adaptable, I believe, is the most important trait a Virtual Assistant should have.
