I created a customized scheduler as our project management tool that is being used by all the teams in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the company I am consulting with using MS Excel (previously) and migrated to Google Sheets for real-time editing and update without needing a server but a good internet connection.

I was able to streamline the HR processes to acquire manpower for the start-up company using Clickup as my project management and CRM tool, alone. I did this for 6 months until we were able to hire an HR specialist my client wanted.

I've had the opportunity to work as an Executive Virtual Assistant of a C-level manager. I was able to streamline the HR processes (job posting, interviewing, onboarding/offboarding, evaluating, invoicing, etc.) to acquire manpower for the start-up company, alone. I did this for 6 months until we were able to hire an HR specialist my client wanted. It was a lot of work until I was able to automate the HR processes. I recorded onboarding and off-boarding instructional and technical videos (company profile, policies, product training, client culture introduction, invoicing) using Loom for all incoming/outgoing consultants to follow, and used ClickUp for task listing and proper documentation.

This was my first skill when I landed my first professional corporate job. I worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for 8 years using AutoCAD 2D, making 2D drawings for a conveyor design company.

I have my personal vlog on YouTube and upload my own videos on FB and IG both in reels, stories and posts. I use either of these or a combination of 2 of these: Kinemaster, Loom, Capcut

My tasks as EVA includes client's email and schedule management (Gmail, Google Calendar), drafting correspondence, appointment setting (Calendly), checking manpower work hours and send them for client's approval before invoicing (Hubstaff), and data entry (Google Sheets, Docs, MS Excel).
