Profile Description

I have worked as an international coordinator for a private hospital abroad specifically Thailand.
The skill set I demonstrated includes effective and detailed coordination of an international client to their respective home country healthcare insurances.
This involves communication via telephone, email or skype calls with Doctors of insurances. The knowledge of medical terminologies and healthcare diseases comes into place
and I do not find it hard due to my experience as an Emergency Room nurse for more than 4 years.
The job scope I performed includes medical reporting, medical documentation, medical invoicing and thorough medical supervision of each cases I handled.
I act as a direct contact supervisor for international clients, directly communicating, pro active follow up care and even non medical care.
In some situations, I act as a problem solver for the medical team working together with Doctors and nurses on how to improve our system and care.
To summarize, the knowledge and skills I have learned through years of working in different fields and areas in and out of country encourages me to work remotely and online
to help employers that will hire me.
I know that my hard working nature and enthusiam to effectively help others will bring positive impact to my employers. I am proud to say that even up to this day, the facilities
whom I have worked with in Thailand, until now they are using the process I started.
