My training in healthcare services has given me the information and pertinent abilities I need to deal with patients. That will help me to address the member's or patient's medical needs. helping them with their daily routine, patient care, and medicine intake.
I worked as a customer service representative for more than two years in the BPO sector, handling sales and billing while utilizing CRM software to manage customer information. That makes it easier for me to do the tasks, including billing issues, registering payments, verifying the status of claims, and updating client information.
I am familiar with using Trello boards and have experience using Google to gather particular information and collaborate on tasks.
I managed two marketplace platforms for men's and women's apparel while working as an E-com VA. I was tasked with updating prices, images, variations, and product synchronization. I submitted reports of my work using Google Spreadsheets.
I was a Social Media Moderator of a private group community of Filipino freelancers on Facebook with over Upgrade to see actual info.4K members. That was a very exciting experience, and I learned a lot. assisting the group in expanding its membership, screening post requests before publishing, and filtering spaUpgrade to see actual infossages to prevent the group from being excluded from Facebook. preserving the group's activity and updates.
