1. Verification Specialist - Ensure to obtain accurate information for a job a candidate of a certain client (employer) in order to have a smooth, safe and secure job hiring process.

As Admin Officer, we provide internal customer service with the company's employees, we are responsible in maintaining the office premises and answer all queries of employees in terms of meeting room reservation, parking lot reservation for guest, office supplies requests and inventory management and stock room maintenance. We are also responsible in negotiating various supplier for the office supplies and service providers as per business unit needs, and management of 3rd party manpower in terms of work schedule, leaves and time keeping. Further, we are respojsible in reconciling all utilities' payment and other monthly dues of business units and projects nationwide and drafting and finization of strategic planning annually.
3. Admin Assistant- acting as the Executive Assistant to the DRRMS Director and DRRMS Staff. We conceptualized the Admin Rules and Regulation and its Database in terms of the incoming and outgoing of all documents of DRRMS.
Further, we regular update the DRRMS Admin Calendar; provide assistance in travel booking; proof reading and writing of memorandum and other business correspondence; facilitate all the reimbursement, petty cash and liquidation report and other related concerns; and we coordinate with the service provider needed by the said office.
4. Relationship Manager Support, we provide assistance to the Relationship Manager (RM) and the Relationship Management Team in conceptualizing and developing the new workflow or work process in transcription, training manual for the new hired employees of Connecting Families in Austrawlia, Uploading documents in CRM (Vtiger) database, constructing RM Monthly and Weekly Reports, Data Gathering for New Business Proposal in relation to the Connecting Families services and providing assistance in strategic planning.
We also provide assistance in calendar management for RM team, booking of meetings, transcribing of minutes of meetings and file notes, developing minutes templates, daily update of the CRM Database, follow-up outstanding report of the Connecting Families Employees and sending out the daily update report for the client.
5. Static Data Management Officer,
we provide assistance to SG Retail Relationship Manager and Client Associate on processing trades under Sales Support Team of SG Retail and Wealth Operation, such as, Dual Currency Investment,
Foreign Exchange, Time Deposit and Back Office payments. In addition, we process Customer Investment Profile using RMW software.
In addition, we are responsible in business correspondence preparation, such as, bank initiated and bank reference letter upon request of the ANZ's client.
